‘Tethered caps refer to the opening devices designed to stay attached to the rest of the carton package and help prevent plastic litter’. Nowadays tethered caps are very popular in EU countries and they mainly use these caps on coca cola bottles. More and more European customers are looking for tethered cap molds for mass production. Tethering the ‘100% recyclable’ plastic closures to their corresponding bottle necks for preventing them from escaping the recycling stream, becoming litter, or entering landfill. Buen tethered cap molds has advantages of independent locking system to guarantee mold stable running, and the high precision to avoid the burrs that could influence the connection part between cap and bottle neck. Mold Parts Description
Our Service:
1. Buen Mould will send the processing report each 10 days during the tooling (tooling photos and words descriptions).
2. Buen Mold can provide full set product and mould drawings and all relative papers (igs, stp, x_t).
3. Buen Mould will send customers the testing samples and running videos for customer to check the product running status. The samples can be sent by DHL or any specified courier.
4. Buen mould can provide the mould and machine test report.
5. Before goods shipment, each mould and machine will be tested at least one hour to check the stability.
